We’re thrilled to announce that our 2025 honey harvest is complete, and we’ve just bottled the season’s golden, fragrant “liquid gold.” It’s now available in our store just in time for the holiday season!
Why this batch is special
This year’s harvest reflects the purest expression of what our bees create when they’re allowed to work completely naturally. At Saving Honey Bees, we maintain a chemical-free, treatment-free apiary, and we never feed our bees sugar or use plastic foundation in our hives. Instead, our bees build 100% naturally drawn comb, just as they would in the wild. This results in honey that is as close to nature as it gets.
Our region also experienced a notable drought this season, which affected the availability and diversity of nectar sources. While this meant our 2025 yield was smaller than usual, it also created a uniquely concentrated flavor profile — the essence of the blossoms that persevered through the dry months. Each jar represents the resilience of the bees, the landscape, and the careful stewardship of our hives.
This year’s honey is truly a limited, handcrafted harvest shaped by nature itself.
