This 4 oz. bottle of honey is pure, raw, and wild.  Small batch harvested from bees that live as nature intended, without chemicals, treatments, or artificial feeding. Sourced from resilient, locally adapted feral colonies, this is honey in its truest form: rich with natural enzymes, floral notes, and the story of the land it came from.

We follow a surplus-only harvest model, which means we only take honey after the bees have stored enough to thrive through the seasons. If there’s no extra, we don’t harvest—because the bees come first. Always.
